A beautiful blue/grey and tricorn black Utility shed with a great dormer up top to make for lots of extra light and more headroom. This shed has double barn doors with horizontal windows at the top; Great for the loading and unloading of those larger items. It has a 3x3 window on each end as well to add beauty but again make it nice with plenty of illumination. As with all of our sheds, it has a metal roof, pressure treated skids below, and super tough LP Smart Panel siding. All of our sheds are made right here in Oregon and come with great warranties. And, don't forget, Delivery is free within 30 miles of our lot!

Rent-To-Own
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver. Custom Orders require a Non-Refundable deposit to order, call us for more details.
