Description
This attractive 10x20 Side Gable style shed is a great solution for your backyard, storage, or extra space challenges. It has windowed double barn style doors up front for easier loading and unloading of those larger items. That door is flanked by 2 windows. Above the door, and on the opposite wall, are Old Hickory's charming octagonal windows (one on each peak). All of these windows are a great source for natural light that will make working inside of your new shed much more convenient. This shed has a metal roof, pressure treated skids below, and super tough LP Smart Panel siding painted with a green and gray paint job. This shed is not only attractive, it is very durable and Old Hickory has great warranties to back that up. We offer free delivery for the first 30 miles (delivery charges apply after 30 miles), and all of our sheds are built right here in Oregon!

Rent-To-Own
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
