(at our 6th Street Location) This Nice Looking 10x20 Lofted barn comes with Built in shelving across the back of the shed. It also has two nice big 3x3 Double pane windows for extra light inside the shed, and they are double paned so they are better for insulating. There are 2 lofts up top which makes for lots of extra storage space up top. Also; the double barn style door opens nice and wide to make for easier loading and unloading of those larger items. Just like all of our sheds, this shed has a metal roof, pressure treated skids below, and super tough LP Smart Panel siding. This shed has a nice Steely Gray and White paint job, and a silver colored Metal roof to make it not only durable, but attractive too boot. The silver colored metal roof is great for reflecting the summer heat as well. Old hickory has great warranties and all of our sheds are built right here in Oregon. Don't forget, delivery is free within 30 miles of our lot!

Rent-To-Own
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
