(on our 6th street lot) Great Price, USED 12x32 Deluxe Playhouse lofted barn. This building is used and has had many modifications made to it - We cannot guarantee any of the modifications made to this shed by the previous customer, but here is a list... Some wiring has been installed, several walls have been framed in to create 2 room spaces below the back loft. The back loft has been enlarged and a ladder staircase has been installed. A stove pipe hole has been cut in, and a small amount of spray insulation has been applied to the back wall.... again these modifications are not guaranteed. This shed was originally built with the 5 windows, a half wrap around porch, and two lofts inside. The 12ft x 12ft loft over the porch area appears to be unmodified, but is a great space! The building has a metal roof, 4 pressure treated skids below, and super tough LP Smart Panel siding. Delivery is free within 30 miles of our lot, and we do offer rent to own on this building. As this building is $6000 off of it's original price, act quickly, it won't last long!

Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
