(at our 6th Street Location) A neat looking 10x12 Lofted Barn style shed with Lots of Light inside - On each side this shed has a 2x3 window, and on the back wall are 2 10"x35" horizontal windows! The door is a double barn style door making loading and unloading of those larger items much easier. With 2 lofts inside, there is also lots of storage up top adding more bang for your buck. This building has a Hunter green metal roof, pressure treated skids below, and super tough T1-11 natural finish siding with oil base stain to seal it. This shed is not only attractive, it is durable too! Old Hickory has great warranties and all of our sheds are built right here in Oregon. And...Delivery is free for the first 30 miles from our lot!

Rent-To-Own
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
