Description
(at our 6th street location) Awesome 10x12 shed that is loaded with tons of options! This shed has 8 foot walls for lots of headroom, It has a double style barn door up front that has horizontal windows for extra light, and there is a 2x3 regular window on the side. The roof was built with a 7/12 pitch to give a great look as well as a 60psf snow load. The roof also has 6 inch overhangs on each end to shed the rain off. Inside the flooring is installed with 12 inch on center floor joists with double 3/4 inch flooring over the top to make it a super strong floor. In addition to all of that, the interior is lined on the walls and roof with tech shield to offer even better protection. The building has a metal roof, pressure treated skids below, and tough LP Smart Panel siding. It was built here in Oregon in Hines, and Old hickory has great warranties to give you peace of mind. Rent-To-Own
Our low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini warehousing rates. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility at your home or business, when and where you need it. At the end of your agreed-upon rental term, you will own your shed as long as all payments have been made.
Delivery & Setup
Old Hickory Buildings & Sheds and its associates are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions, setbacks, yard damage, or underground damage. Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information. It is the customer’s responsibility to decide if ground conditions are unsuitable for delivery. Free Delivery covers one trip up to 30 miles one way. Additional mileage or multiple trips may result in additional charges/fees. Free Setup includes leveling, starting with one corner at ground level, up to 3ft with customer supplied blocks. Customers who require their building to be set on concrete blocks must have them ready PRIOR to delivery OR have a clear agreement with the driver to supply the blocks at a price to be negotiated with the driver.
